At this time, first preference will be given to females applying who are experienced online communicators. You know how men think, you know what's hot, you know how to express it and enjoy it. If you do not have experience, do not worry, we will provide all the necessary training that you need to be successful in this business. A good voice also helps ;)
If your job application is not accepted or we currently are not hiring, we will share it with other phone sex owners looking for operators. NOTE: This is not a get rich, get money fast opportunity. It takes time and effort, self-promotion and creative output from you. If you think you just sit by the phone and wait for the calls to come in, that is NOT how it works. This can be a very profitable work from home job opportunity for some, but it is not for everyone. If you are willing to put in the time and dedication for self-promotion (#1 thing required to succeed) we would love to hear from you.
To work for us you must:
1. Be female and at least 18 years old. We hire operators from Canada & United States.
2. Have a private telephone line with caller ID, a computer with high speed internet access.
3. You must have time to devote to networking with potential clients through chat and placing online advertisements. Ex: Yahoo, AOL, Craigs List, News Groups, etc. (training provided)
4. We prefer that you work a minimum of 20 hours a week between taking calls, placing ads and working chatrooms. Hours of availability + advertising = more calls = better $$$$$
5. You must be comfortable being sexy and talking dirty about all subject matter.
We Offer:
1. Great pay! Your pay is based on your actual number of talk minutes. Pay starts at $1.00/min and increases with performance. Make from 45-60% of call total! We also offer bonuses and merchandise profits (panties, etc.). We provide you with the flexibility to set your own hours (minimum of 20) and work from the privacy of your home.
2. Weekly paychecks.
3. We will have a page made for you on one or more of our professionally designed web sites.
4. We provide advertising, promotion, support and training resources (if needed) to you.
